We are so happy to see the faces of your Team. We will be watching on a daily basis.

Liberia is a primary Global Hotspot revealed to our small local church. We are encouraged that God has raised up such a powerful team from Texas to minister there.

Diane, I will definitely make a daily committment to be praying for you and your team. What an honor it is to be serving him in such harsh conditions. I know God is going to use your team in a powerful way and I am excited to see the fruits of your labor as you are there. Pray without ceasing, Jill

Hello Stonegate Team,

I am a friend of Russ and Diane Hale and an old friend of Karen Watts (Hi Mrs. Watts!) I can't tell you how excited I am for you all. I work for ExxonMobil in Angola, Africa and I have seen some of what you will see as you journey to Liberia. Few places on the planet need to experience the spirit of Christ like this dark continent. Prepare to be overwhelmed and anguished by what you see. There is something about this part of the world that seems to crack the crustiness of one's soul. I will pray daily for you all with the hope that you will make a difference there, but more importantly, that you will be changed forever by your experiences.

God has blessed our Liberia mission team with the gift of travel and the heart of our precious Lord to minisiter for him in a country less fortunate than ours. I am proud to be a Stonegate member. And my prayers will be that you all will stay safe and healthy in your journey to and from Liberia, and that you succeed through the Lord to set the way for many more missions to Liberia. With love and Blessings from your sister in Christ Toni

May we never be the same!

I read the blogs from Stonegate's Sudan mission trip on FBC Galt's website. It really opened my eyes to what's happening there. I can't wait to see video clips and read blogs from Liberia.

I will pray for you all.

I am so excited for the mission to Liberia. We are shivering under 8 inches of snow and dreaming of the warm African climate awaiting the team in Liberia. May God reveal Himself in unexpected ways during your time in Monrovia. Give Pastor Wesley a hug for me.

Leaning on Him,

Andy

I know the Lord is going to touch each of you as you have responded to His call on your life to share the love of Jesus with others. I am wondering what divine appointments are awaiting you. Hello all! I'm so in awe of how our God works! I love how Pastor Wesley is so organized and such a great steward of time. But I was reminded and encouraged today to also leave room for God to show up in unexpected and miraculous ways. May each one of you be blessed as you are being the hands and feet of Jesus.
MUCH LOVE!!!!! Give our babies lots of hugs and Maddie says kisses!! The Watts Gang

Lord,
Thank you for safe travel and a miraculous work in getting all the luggage and supplies there safely! Please go before them and make the rough places smooth, shatter the doors that may stand in the way of Your will for this team, open the door. I ask that you give them the treasures of darkness and hidden wealth of secret places so that they may know it is You that is at work!
Amen!

Love you guys!! Can't wait to hear how it is going!

Diane and team,

I just wanted to encourage you not to look to the left or right, but to keep your eyes on the Lord. Do not despair or be moved by what you see, keep your eyes on the goal.
Walk by faith not by sight. The Lord has promised to lead and guide you.
We are praying with you and love you.

How wonderful our God and His ways are - though we at Stonegate and those at Greater Love have not met until now we are one because of our Savior. The love we have in Christ is our bond with others across the world and sometimes God brings us together through His divine doings. Team, know this time, the days you spend with Pastor Wesley and the church in Liberia are truly a gift from heaven. Make the most of this time. Pray, study, write, love, praise, and worship together. He takes glory in His children when they love one another because they are reflecting who He is. Praying for you all - Grace and Peace

Team,
I was reading Psalm 136 again this morning. This is a reminder to us that "His lovingkindness is everlasting" and that He does great and miraculous things for His people. How wonderful are His promises for those who love Him! Have an amazingly blessed day.

Grace and Peace,

Having just returned from serving in Liberia with Service to Servants (STS), I was so excited in hearing of your opportunity to serve. I was so blessed by God through His wonderful people in Liberia, like Pastor Wesley (send him warmest regards from STS). I pray you will be blessed and receive God's favor while there. STS is praying for you!

Friends,

I want you to know that the Service To Servants board members are praying for your trip. We are so very impressed with Pastor Richard Wesley as a man of integrity and are excited that you have chosen to help him in the work the Lord has called him to in Monrovia.

If possible I am also requesting a favor from you. Service To Servants will be sending letters to each of our prayer team members, financial supporters, etc. in a couple of weeks and would like to include a Liberian dollar bill with each one. Would you be willing to pick up 300 Liberian dollar bills for us and let us pay you for them upon your return? It's likely that one of the two local banks will be the only place to get so many $1 bills so I know this will be a effort for you.

If you can do this please let me know at rodney.edwards@servicetoservants.com.

Thanks and, again, it is such a pleasure seeing you serving God through the assistance you're giving His servant, Pastor Wesley.
